I’m not sure whether is was asked here before:
it would be very handy to have 4th option for loading GH extensions that allows for
don’t load and don’t ask anymore until loaded from preferences again.
I have some plugins installed that I use rarely (eg. Elk), It would be nice still keeping them and having GH load smoothly without extra clicking.

Seconded. Currently I have to Library folders to deal with this:
C:\Users…\Roaming\Grasshopper\Libraries
C:\Users…\Roaming\Grasshopper\Libraries_OnHold
And it follows, I put each and every plugin into its own folder so it’s easy to cut & paste to Libraries_OnHold when not needed for a while.
But yes, persistent Disabling and Enabling whould be handled via the internal menus.
