401 Error with Newer Models

Hello,

I’ve just upgraded my legacy Pro account so I can use Rhino 7 (R7) features.

After successfully uploading the R7 file, I get the following 401 error when I try to use the model ticket in the Viewer Api (2.35):

desc: "Missing authentication for the target resource"
error: "SdErrorUnauthorized"
message: "Authentication Failed"

This is through a white listed domain and I tried to solve this by clicking the update my domain list button in hope that it just needed a setting sync. My older R6 models still load without a problem.

Now that your accounts has been switched to the Rhino 7 servers, the model view url that you need to use in the API has changed as well. You can find this information right under the ticket in the Embedding section:

Let me know if embedding works as expected when you update both the ticket and the model view url. Note that your old models are still on the Rhino 6 servers and therefore use a different model view url.

Thanks Mathieu updating the modelViewUrl property solved the 401 problem.
