3mm wide object sees 1.5mm fillet fail on second edge

Hi,
v5
seemed an easy thing to do, create the 3mm thick object then to get the rounded edge (except at base) filletEdge with 1.5mm rad.

However first edge worked, but second sees bits ‘blown out’

Hmm no idea,
I was able to fillet your unfilleted part here with out any edge issues.

Hi Steve - it is a limitation of the FilletEdge command that it does not work well if face us completely consumed by the new fillet.
