3DM file Thumbnails in Windows 10(64bit)

Hi,
I have tried various suggestions to enable thumbnails for 3DM files in Win 10-64 Bit. Nothing seems to be working. I have Rhino 7 64bit (7.4.21078.1001). Has this problem been solved yet?

Any Help is much appreciated.
