3D line when the ratio is 1:1 scale the same line 1000 times not 3D line

I encountered a situation like this, this is a 3D line, when the ratio is 1:1, it appears as a 3D line. However, if I scale the same line 1000 times, the error will not appear as a 3D line. Can you help me?

it is a 3D curve, but because the range of Z values is pretty narrow you might “perceive” it incorrectly, but it’s not a planar curve
