There is no problem here, but your object is extremely small maybe scaling it could help:

Hi Mark - for this one, make sure to use ‘Refit rails’ in Sweep2. For this shape though, a BlendSrf will hit it better than a Sweep2 on the BlendCrv rails.
Also, @markintheozarks - You may want to SimplifyCrv on the cross sections:
