2 Plugins Not Loading After Closing Files

Hi,

V-Ray and ET Optimize are no longer loading after I save a Rhino file, close it, and open the file again.  They only load for new files. Has anyone seen this before?  Any fixes?

Rhino Version 5 SR8 32-bit
(5.8.40305.11495, 3/5/2014)
Win 7 SP1 (bootcamp on MacBook Pro)

Update:
When I double-click to open my saved files the problem appears, but when I open Rhino and select the project from the Recent tab my 2 plug-ins load. If anyone else can reproduce this you may want to let Technical Support know.
