Is it possible to run Rhino on this Mac? Yes, it technically is possible, but it won’t be much fun.
A 11" screen is too small, and you will swapping or hiding/revealing Rhino windows all the time.
There’s only 4 GB of RAM, which is pretty small for a 3D modeling program these days. You can make simple models with this much memory, but larger models will be frustrating. Once you run out of RAM, OS X will start swapping parts of your program to the SSD, and performance will slow way down.
