What if you could have a a floating bubble for printing

Hi to all, going to try and explain . If someone wants to have lets say , a bubble of a detail view in a printed document. Would it be too difficult to have this bubble be zoomable as well as in different shaded views ( of choice) , that way a print or view could have a close image and an image of the general object. Could this bubble image be sort of independent of the basic object , for positioning and such. I think it would be like having 2 viewports in one print. I guess this is all meant to save paper , not sure. For me it would be to just make a 3D program to look more like 2D drawing when in a presentation.

Hi Mark - see the Layout command, and Detail etc within a layout- any of that help?
