Tooltips in icon dropdown

the Tooltips work when hovering over the icons in the bar up top.

once you dropdown a set (like Plane in the image above), the tooltips no longer work.

(tooltips are sweet for people new to the software :wink: )

This does happen on windows versions, so it might just be a matter of an incomplete port.
