Hi, i have install Rhino 5 for the first time on my computer (windows 8.1 x64) and the template are not loaded at startup never the tollbar.
I have try to install and uninstall couple of time and the problem is still there.
I have noticed that i don’t have any localization folder created under user…

How did you install Rhino?
It sounds like you did not use the installer we provided. It does a variety of things including installing both 32 and 64-bit Rhino (on 64-bit systems), installs the language pack, and installs the Help media. It does a bunch of other things too.
If you did use our installer, then try running the ‘ToolbarReset’ command and restart Rhino.
Tks for the tips but i did use your installer that i have downloaded from your website.
Language pack + help media are installed properly.
I did a reset toolbar couple of time still doesn’t show up.
I just did a research on my hardrive and don’t have ‘‘default.tb’’ file anywhere so I am guessing that it has not been installed properly. But even after a clean install i have the same issue.
Default.tb was the Rhino V4 file. Are you asking about Rhino V4 or V5?
V5 uses default.rui as it’s toolbar file. Normally that will be found in:
C:\Users[Doman login]\AppData\Roaming\McNeel\Rhinoceros\5.0\UI\
