How do I delete a template?
A template is just a normal file that you ask Rhino to start a session with. So you just delete the file.
I’m not sure you can actually delete any of the default templates on Mac… At least it was that way a while back…

if you’re talking about a custom template (one you’ve saved via File-> Save as template),
you can trash them at
~/Library/Application Support/McNeel/Rhinoceros/Template Files
if you’re talking about the templates which are available upon fresh install (small object - inches…etc)
they are in the .app/contents… you can actually delete them from that location but they’ll reappear/reinstall once you update to a newer version of rhino.
i’d personally say just leave the defaults alone but if you feel like poking around:
/Applications/Rhinoceros.app/Contents/Resources/en.lproj/Template Files
Thank you
