Rhino 5 update error - missing msi file

Rhino is insisting I install the latest update. But then when I install it, it says it can’t find the .msi file.
5.9.40609.20145

Hi Daniel -I think I’d try installing the full download from http://www.rhino3d.com/download/rhino/5/latest - just start over, basically.

I have tried that now and it’s still not working. I emailed the error log to support@mcneel.com
I need a response asap as this is holding up a project.
By the way, I have not removed Rhino 4 nor Rhino 5 before doing the fresh install. Should I do that?

thanks!

Is there still a 64-bit version of Rhino available? That link only updated the 32 bit version.

Hi Daniel - at this point I would uninstall and install from the full download. You may want to be sure your Java is up to date as well - this is beginning to sound a bit like some problems that can come up when Java is behind. https://java.com/en/download/
