Print as Image: Dimensions' thickness not as in viewport

saving out the images as screen grabs or using Print, set to raster image?

If it’s the latter, you can set the line weights by layer. Keep the dimensions on layers separate form the objects you’re dimensioning and you’ll have good control over the relative thickness of lines.
