Picture frame issue

Hi, I’m having an issue when I try creating a picture frame from a jpg in Rhino 5. I can see the image when I select it but in the view port it shows up as all black. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix it? I read some other posts about “clamping” and restoring defaults but I had no success.

-Never mind, I reduced the file size and it worked.

How big was the jpg image? Can you post a sample?

and for future reference note that CMYK images will show up as black too, in which case change it to 24bit RGB
