I’m running Rhino 64-bit through Windows 8 via Parallels on a Mac. I know, not ideal. When I try to select an edge of a polysurface, control + shift + left click does nothing. Has anyone else had this problem and know of a solution?
This is one of the inconsistencies we’ve seen when Parallels is used to run Windows and why it’s not supported. http://www.rhino3d.com/new/admin#system The Parallels developers may be able to help you find a way around this but there will also be graphics limitations and performace to be aware of when running Rhino via an emulator.
I don’t have a definite solution to offer other than using bootcamp to install your copy of Windows.
