Mac Rhino licensing question

Would it be possible to run Rhino for Mac on a “direct” (a.k.a. local) license – and once in a while, start Parallels on my Computer with Zoo for Windows installed, and then (JUST then) use the Zoo license over the network on another Mac?

Is the “other Mac” under your control?

If it is, you should close the session of Rhino for Mac on the “first Mac” to comply with the EULA.

Am I misunderstanding the question?
