In file #1 I had the layers I had been working with all at the top.
I had since saved as file #2 and messed up my layers.
I open file#1 and run LayerStateManager, name the layer state and save then export it. save file and close.
Open File#2 and run LayerStateManager and go import, bring the lyr in, then d/click it, things change on screen visibility wise but the layer order is not as per file #1 and I wanted the layer order restored. My layers I need are still scattered throughout.
I messed up by clicking name column at top which of course put thing alphabetical then I couldnt undo that.
