Extruding two Polylign to surface

Hi everyone,
I’m new with Rhinoceros. My question is can the software extrude a polyline to join another polyline on a different elevation to create a solid?
I have more experience with Autocad, and a way that A-mine (plug-in for autocad) do what I wanna do with rhinoceros is to mesh the area between the two polylines and create a surface from that mesh.

You probably want to try Loft between the two polylines and then Cap (assuming the polylines are planar)… --Mitch
