Let's say that I'm in the top viewport and I use the Control-Shift-Right Mouse Button to rotate my view of an object. Is there a button on the keyboard that will return my view back to the original TOP view?
I know that I can do this by clicking on the drop down menu Set View --> Top. I just wanted to see if there is a quicker keyboard button that will return the view to its original top view.

Hi Nima- you can type Plan and to restore a plan view of the CPlane, or use the Top alias - plus to set the default Top view.
