Command History pop-up covered by Active Tool Pallettes

The pop-up Command History in bottom left corner is covered up by Active tool pallettes. See screenshot.

Perhaps making tool pallettes lock into the left side bar might solve this problem?

Hi Niels - yeah… it looks like floaters always end up on top- let’s see if that command History window can be made to always win - seems like that would be what’s wanted 99% of the time.
