Change # of sides for cylinder-newbie questiom

when i create a cylinder where can i enter number of sides like in 3ds max?
i have looked through help file and could not find it

A cylinder in Rhino could be a NURBS surface or a Mesh like you are use to. NURBS modeling is the strength in Rhino so keep that in mind as you explore what’s possible. If you make a NURBS cylinder and the sides look faceted, that is due to the render mesh which can be adjusted in Options>Mesh or in Object Properties per selection. If you use the command MeshCylinder, you can determine the divisions via the command line options.

got it! more like Autocad!
