Bending a surface round a curve

I want to bend this fane round the edge (in RED) of the cup and have it deform outwards from that point (if you get my meaning)
I have tried flow along surface to no avail and orient doesent deform, just scale, so im a bit stumped.

Hi Simon - Flow seems to work - (not FlowAlongSrf)

Settings:

   Copy=Yes  Rigid=No  Line  Local=No  Stretch=Yes  PreserveStructure=Yes

Yes thanks, I must of had my settings wrong. I will practice with it. Thank you so much for the help.
