2D Rotate C-Plane?

Hey guys, is there a hidden option to 2D rotate in plan views? Would be tremendously handy when aligning CPlanes in Universal View

hey! @pascal wrote you a comment on the IsolateLock script some posts ago. anyway, thanks! Found out that set Plane by X-axis does it quick too in this situation. Thanks a lot for you immediate help! H
